Hoehn Found Not Guilty

 

The jury has reached a verdict in the case against William Hoehn in the trial for conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Savanna Greywind.

According to Bailey Hurley, Valley News Live Crime and Safety Reporter, the jury notified the judge at 3:44 p.m. that they had reached a verdict. Twelve minutes later, at 3:56 p.m., the jury reached a NOT GUILTY verdict in the case against Hoehn.

The jury had the case for roughly 90 minutes yesterday, and reconvened this morning, breaking at 12:25 this afternoon for lunch, returning for approximately two hours, before reaching the verdict. He had previously pled guilty to a Class A felony charge of kidnapping and a Class A misdemeanor charge of false information to law enforcement.
