Cramer issues statement as Trump secures normalized relations between Sudan, Israel

U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), a Senate Armed Services Committee (SASC) member, issued the following statement on President Donald J. Trump securing normalized relations between Sudan and Israel: 

“President Trump is getting results and bringing peace to the world’s most volatile region, two things previous administrations and talking heads told us would never happen. Normalized relations between Sudan and Israel is a huge breakthrough in the quest for peace in the Middle East and another testament to our president’s bold leadership and effective diplomacy. As the third nation to recognize Israel this year, today’s announcement will apply further pressure to our adversaries like Iran and encourage others to follow suit.”
