A 40-year-old Minto man is jailed and facing charges of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.
According to court documents, Nathan Tebay allegedly forced a female, who, at the time was 12 years old, to have sexual intercourse. She is now 18 years old.
The victim, who is named in court documents as Jane Doe, stated the occurrence started out weekly, progressing to almost daily. She said she would try to fight her way out of having sexual intercourse, but later would not put up a fight, as Tebay would leave her alone if she gave in.
Doe also stated that Tebay would send and request illicit messages requesting that Doe talk dirty to him, or show things on her body.
Doe stated that if she didn’t respond, she would get in trouble with Tebay for ignoring him.
The charge is a Class AA Felony.
Tebay is being held on $250,000 cash only bond.
