Road Conditions Deteriorate

The North Dakota Department of Transportation’s latest road conditions show that roads in the eastern and southeastern parts of the state have started to slowly deteriorate, with the incoming winter storm.

I-29, between south of Grafton and extending to south of Fargo, along with portions of several other highways in North Dakota, and a majority of I-94 between Mandan and Valley City are all reported as being wet or containing slush.

A portion of I-94 from just west of Valley City to just east of the city is reported as snow covered, as is Highways 32 and 1 near Valley City.

Many of these roads will continue to deteriorate as the storm moves into the region.
