The following press release is from the Fargo Police Department:
Last night, Dec. 7, 2020, at 10:47 p.m. Fargo Officers were dispatched to 702 26 Street North for a domestic assault. The victim was found unconscious and transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
Officers located Cody Raymond Plumlee, 27, Fargo, at 2551 36 Avenue South. Plumlee was arrested for aggravated domestic assault, burglary, fleeing in a vehicle, and theft of automobile. Charges are subject to change or may be added depending on the status of the victim.
The investigation is ongoing.
