Two transported to hospital after I-94 crash near Oriska

Two people were taken to a Valley City hospital Saturday morning after a rollover on I-94 near mile marker 305, east of Oriska.

According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, at approximately 7:25 a.m. Saturday, a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado was westbound on I-94, near mile marker 305.

The driver, 52-year-old Arthur Kraft, of Fargo, lost control and the UHaul trailer began to fishtail. He veered right and entered the north ditch of I-94 and overturned. The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side, facing east.

Kraft and his passenger, 53-year-old Tina Kraft, were transported to CHI Mercy Hospital in Valley City by Valley City Ambulance.

The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
