North Dakota looks to increase smoking age

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota lawmakers are considering raising the state's smoking age to 21.  The current legal age is 18, but a federal law adopted last year upped the age to 21.

State Senator Michael Dwyer is sponsoring a bill that would bring the legal age inline with federal law.
