(Bismarck, ND) -- North Dakota GOP leaders are throwing out a bond proposal in favor of a less expensive plan. The original proposal would have issued over one-billion dollars in bonds for infrastructure projects. A more modest 800-million-dollar proposal is Republicans' preferred plan to send to Governor Doug Burgum's desk.
