The Moorhead Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing juvenile in the city.
According to a release from the department, 15-year-old Karissa Butcher is described as being 5'4', 150 lbs, long dark hair, and has an arrow tattoo on her right forearm.
The department says they have information to believe she is still in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
Anyone who knows her whereabouts, or sees her, is asked to call Red River Regional Dispatch at 701-451-7660.
