Kylie Overson, a candidate for North Dakota State Tax Commissioner, has stepped down from her post as the chairwoman of the North Dakota Democratic-NPL party, according to reports from multiple news outlets. She stepped down Sunday. Reports state Overson decided to place her focus on her campaign for the tax commissioner. The Democratic-NPFL vice chairman, Warren Larson, will take over as chairman as Overson departs. Overson is challenging incumbent tax commissioner Ryan Rauschenberger.
