Rauschenberger Wins Re-Election Bid

 Incumbent Tax Commissioner Ryan Rauschenberger 

Incumbent Tax Commissioner Ryan Rauschenberger fought off challenger Kylie Oversen, and won his re-election bid to become North Dakota’s Tax Commissioner again.

Rauschenberger had more than 177,000 votes as of early Wednesday morning; compared to Oversen’s 126,000.

Rauschenberger has held the position since 2013, following the resignation of then-Tax Commissioner Cory Fong.
