Cramer Statement on the Passing of President George H.W. Bush

Congressman Kevin Cramer released the following statement following the death Friday of the 41st President of the United States, George H.W. Bush:

“I was fortunate to meet President Bush as a young State Republican Party Chairman and able to witness his and Barbara’s grace and humility in the public eye and behind closed doors.  During his time as Vice President and President of the United States, he helped our nation and the world through tumultuous change with the fall of Communism.  His commitment to public service was only eclipsed by his love of his family and his desire to be the best husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather possible. Everyone should take comfort in the knowledge he is now reunited with Barbara.  Kris and I extend our love to the entire Bush family and will be praying that God will comfort them as they grieve during this difficult time.”
