Fargo Library Hosts Performance of “A Christmas Carol” December 17

The Traveling Lantern Theatre Troupe will bring some unique seasonal entertainment to the Fargo Public Library next week. Come to the downtown Main Library for a lively performance of the classic Dicken’s tale “A Christmas Carol” on Monday, Dec. 17, at 6:30 p.m. in the meeting room. Kids of all ages are invited to view this classic tale of Ebenezer Scrooge. For details contact the Children’s Librarian at 701.241.1495.

The Traveling Lantern Theatre Troupe mixes live theatre with storytelling for classic tales told with plenty of imagination that both children and adults will love. Styled after the traveling actors from the Middle Ages and Elizabethan times, Traveling Lantern has been educating and entertaining children nationwide since 1985. The troupe’s mission is to bring great stories to children, to draw them into an active theatre experience, to excite their minds and to tickle their imaginations.
