The parent company of Caribou Coffee, Coffee and Bagels, reports that on November 28, they identified unusual activity on their network through information security monitoring processes.
On November 30, 2018, Mandiant reported that it detected unauthorized access to point of sale systems, exposing some customers data.
Anyone who visited Caribou Coffee locations at Kirkwood Mall in Bismarck, the 25th Street Marketplace location in Fargo, North Hill’s and Marketplace Foods’ location in Minot, or West Fargo and Grand Forks locations between August 28 and December 3 may have been affected by the breach.
