19th Avenue North Closed Due to Blowing Snow

Due to blowing snow and a corresponding lack of visibility, 19th Avenue North will be closed from Dakota Drive North to 18th Street North beginning at 12 noon.  Traffic will be detoured to 12th Avenue North via Dakota Drive North and 18th Street North.  The road will be open when conditions improve.
