Grafton Man Faces Felony Charges

A Grafton man is facing multiple charges following an incident in a Grafton home last week.

According to court documents, Brian Mlcoch was arrested at 6:17 a.m. on December 21.

Police responded to an address within the City of Grafton to a report of a man with a gun.

There, officers learned that Mlcoch turned a handgun toward himself as the victim, a relative of Mlcoch’s, tried to leave. He placed the gun to his chest and told the victim she “wasn’t going anywhere.”

Mlcoch then placed the handgun to her head and told her a second time, she “wasn’t going anywhere.”

The victim feared for her life and was afraid to go anywhere.

Mlcoch was subsequently arrested for two Class C felonies—Terrorizing and Felonious Restraint.

Mlcoch is incarcerated at the Walsh County Jail in Grafton on a $7,500 cash only bond.

His next court appearance is January 14 at 9:30 a.m. in Grafton.
