Blizzard Conditions Hit Region

2018 is going out like a lion, as blizzard conditions hit the region for the second time in a week.

The blizzard conditions Sunday night into Monday morning prompted the National Weather Service to issue a Blizzard Warning, which is in effect through this evening.

The National Weather Service says snow will gradually end across southeastern North Dakota into west central Minnesota this morning, but winds will cause dangerously cold wind chills.
