The funeral for a 20-year-old Karlstad, Minn., Marine Corps member killed at Marine Barracks in Washington, D.C., has been set.
According to Austin Funeral Chapel of Hallock, Minn., the funeral for Lance Corporal Riley Kuznia will be held on Saturday, Jan. 12 at 2 p.m. in the Karlstad High School in Karlstad. Visitation will be Friday night at First Lutheran Church in Karlstad from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Reports say Kuznia was pronounced dead New Years Day following an incident at 5 a.m. involving a weapon.
The incident is still under investigation.
