“In a historic address tonight, President Donald Trump made a compelling case directly to the American people regarding the illegal immigration crisis affecting our southern border. The President addressed the humanitarian crisis that affects millions of Americans whose lives have been destroyed by drug smuggling and violence inflicted by illegal aliens, as well as the millions of lives of migrant women and children who are harmed in the dangerous journey to the United States. The President made it clear that we need to defend and secure our borders, and that this crisis could be solved if the Democrats stop playing political games that place American lives at risk every day.”
