The Grand Forks Police Department, along with the UND Police Department, Altru Ambulance and the Grand Forks Fire Department, responded to an injury accident Saturday night at 6:55 p.m. in the 500 block of North Columbia Road.
According to the police department, one of the drivers experienced a medical emergency that caused the collision, which involved two vehicles.
The driver experiencing the medical emergency was transported to Altru Hospital.
No other injuries were reported, and minimal damage was sustained to the two vehicles.
