Narcotics Search Warrant Nets Arrests

Three people were arrested Thursday morning following the service of a narcotics search warrant in Fargo.

According to the Fargo Police Department, the department’s narcotics unit, metro street crimes unit, DEA Task Force, West Central Minnesota Drug Task Force and the Ottertail County Sheriff’s Office conducted the search warrant at 3414 Birdie Street North in Fargo at shortly after 10:30 Thursday morning.

The warrant was part of an ongoing investigation into recent heroine overdoses in Fargo and in Ottertail County, Minnesota.

Three adult females were located in the home. One adult male jumped from a second story window. Detectives on scene were not immediately able to apprehend the male, identified as 39-year-old Joseph Kiedrowski, of Fargo.

Kiedrowski was located at a nearby home and surrendered peacefully.

Billie Joe McGinnis-Kiedrowski, 39, of Fargo, was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; Gina Steyn, 47, of Ottertail, Minn., was arrested for possession of a scheduled II controlled substance and drug paraphernalia; and Joseph Kiedrowski was arrested for possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary.
