A 45-year-old Mayville man will be in court on January 30 on a charge of criminal vehicular homicide, a Class A felony, involving a vehicle.
According to court documents, on October 5, Forsgren drove his vehicle, while under the influence of alcohol.
Forsgren’s 2018 Chevy Silverado was involved in a one-vehicle crash on 150th Avenue Northeast, near Portland, shortly after midnight on October 5.
The crash resulted in the death of Darin Klabo.
Forsgren will appear in East Central District Court at the Traill County Courthouse in Hillsboro at 10 a.m.
If convicted, Forsgren faces a maximum of 20 years, 20 thousand dollars in fines or both.
