Woman Arrested in Jamestown on Multiple Charges

 

A 44-year-old Jamestown woman is in custody following a weekend aggravated assault in Jamestown.

Jamestown Police arrested 44-year-old Danielle Yvonne Hall, of Jamestown, on suspicion of aggravated assault and suspicion of possession marijuana paraphernalia.

Major Justin Blinsky, assistant chief of Police with the Jamestown Police Department, says that, at approximately 10:55 p.m. Saturday night, officers took a report of an alleged aggravated assault involving a weapon in northwest Jamestown.

The victim, a 26-year-old male, was transported to Jamestown Regional Medical Center, where he was treated for his injuries.

Through the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the residence believed to have been the one where the crime took place. Due to possible safety risks and the seriousness of the offense, the James-Valley Special Operations Team was activated.

At approximately 5 a.m. Sunday, the search warrant was executed at 814 4th Avenue NW, where three subjects were located and detains.

Once the scene was secured and deemed safe, the Jamestown Police Department took over for further processing.

Hall is being held at the Stutsman County Correctional Center, awaiting formal charges.

Blinsky tells WZFG News that the investigation is on-going at this time.
