Employee Placed On Administrative Leave at Cheney Middle School

An employee at West Fargo’s Cheney Middle School is on administrative leave amid an investigation.

School district administration say they cannot go into specifics of the reasoning, but that the investigation is active and unfolding.

The district says that there is speculation in regards to the incident on social media, and among students and families. Out of respect for the individual, and for the good of the process, the school district is advising individuals to discourage gossip regarding the situation.
