With the Fourth of July upon us, here are the fireworks regulations from area cities:
FARGO—Fireworks are not allowed in city limits; WEST FARGO—Fireworks are allowed commencing July 4 at 8:00 a.m., and ending on July 4 at 11:59 p.m.; MINNESOTA—The sale, possession and use of certain non-explosive and non-aerial consumer fireworks is permitted in Minnesota.
Examples of legal fireworks: Sparklers, Cones and tubes that emit sparks and Novelty items like snakes, and party poppers.
