Bail has been set at $500,000 for a West Fargo woman who has been accused of drowning her newborn baby in a bath tub.
Ginny Lubitz, 36, appeared in Cass County District Court on Monday for her arraignment. Lubitz has been charged with a count of murder and a count of attempted murder in connection with the baby’s death in early May.
An August 8th preliminary hearing has been set for Lubitz. The murder charge is a Class AA felony and the attempted murder charge is a Class A felony.
