They fabricate these see through steel panels about 70 by 25. The CAT hangs them in place while fast-setting concrete is poured in the foundation. Meanwhile another CAT brings over another panel. They claim they can build a mile per day at that rate. As you can see it takes just a few minutes to move the next panel in place. The top of the panel sits 18 feet above ground.
