Get your green thumb ready for spring and summer with a series of informational and hands-on gardening sessions at the library.
Beginning Tuesday, May 7, the Fargo Public Library kicks off its annual four-part gardening series with tips and techniques from local gardening experts who will cover a range of topics. There will also be a plant exchange. All four sessions are scheduled at the downtown Main Library in the community room. Topics and dates include:
- Microgreens and Sprouts: Nutritious Gardening Any Time of Year with Librarians Jenilee and Katrina, Tuesday, May 7, 7 p.m.
- Pollinator Gardens: Get the Buzz on How to Attract Pollinators with ND Master Gardener and Beekeeper Sunny Branick, Tuesday, May 14, 7 p.m.
- Worm Bin Composting: Easy Composting Indoors! with ND Master Gardener Drea Cook, Tuesday, May 21, 7 p.m.
- Blossom Barter – Come with plants to trade, Tuesday, May 28, 7 p.m.
