Man Arrested Following Rollover Wednesday

 

A 27-year-old Fargo man has been arrested following a rollover on Wednesday afternoon.

According to Fargo Police, officers were dispatched to a roll over crash in the 4900 block of Rose Creek Parkway South at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a blue passenger car resting on its rooftop. The two occupants of the vehicle were out when officers arrived on scene.

The occupants are identified as 27-year-old Trent Klingman and a two-year-old child.

Klingman told the officer he lost control of the vehicle as he entered a curve in the roadway while speeding.

He was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a minor in the vehicle and aggravated reckless endangerment. His blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit.
