A Minto man has reached a plea agreement in a case involving sexual contact with a minor.
On Tuesday, the Walsh County States Attorney and the attorneys representing Nathan Tebay reached a plea agreement. The original charge of Class AA Felony continuous sexual abuse of a child was amended in the agreement.
As a result of the plea agreement, Tebay pled guilty to two Class A Felony counts of Gross Sexual Imposition, a Class B Felony count of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Minor, a Class C Felony count of Sexual Assault and a Class C Felony count of Possession of Certain Materials Prohibited.
A pre-sentence investigation and sexual offender risk assessment has been ordered for Tebay by the courts, with the sentencing hearing to follow.
