Investigation Leads to Multiple Arrests

An early morning investigation in rural Cass County has led to multiple arrests.

At 2 a.m. Tuesday morning, a Cass County deputy noticed a set of headlights on at a storage unit facility in Harwood. Given the time of day, deputies approached the vehicle, which was found to be occupied by four people.

During the course of the initial investigation, deputies discovered the occupants of the vehicle had entered two enclosed trailers, and stole property from each.

All property was immediately recovered and returned to its owners.

Four people were arrested on various charges. They include Sabrina Marie Johanneson, age 30 with no present address; Daniel Edward Hengst, age 31 with no present address; Jacob Aaron Bauer, age 27 of Fargo; and Jaylynne Jean Marie Castronovo, age 25 of West Fargo.

Hengst, Bauer and Castronovo each had arrest warrants out for them.
