Army Corps Of Engineers To Partner With City Of Kindred

 

The US Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, has signed a partnership agreement with the City of Kindred to support the city’s sanitary sewer service improvement project.

The project is currently in the design phase and will consist of two phases. The first phase will include the rehabilitation of the existing stabilization ponds and expansion of two new cells. The second phase will include the rehabilitation and upgrade of the main lift station and replacement of the force mains to the lagoons.

The project has a total cost of approximately 5.6 million dollars, with 2.95 million being federally funded.
