Dave Leker has been named the interim director of the Fargo Park District, Valley News Live reports.
Former director Joel Vettel resigned suddenly on Tuesday, the report says. He had served as the director since 2016, and previously served with the Fargo Police Department.
WZFG News has reached out to officials with the District and board president Rusty Papacheck. Attempts to obtain comments have been unsuccessful as of early Wednesday afternoon.
