The Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office has identified the rural Aneta man pulled from a grain bin at Columbia Grain in Arvilla as 58-year old Kevin John Anderson.
While cleaning the bin, Anderson became buried under approximately 15 feet of corn. Rescue crews spent approximately two hours attempting to locate and removing Anderson. He was unresponsive when he was located and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident happened Wednesday afternoon, shortly after 3 p.m.
