Grand Forks Police Department to Host 2019 Citizen's Academy

"The Grand Forks Police Department is excited to announce that it will, once again, be hosting the Citizen’s Academy starting September 3rd 2019 that will be running until October 29th 2019.  The Academy will allow community members to immerse themselves within GFPD and engage with officers on every facet of their jobs.  This program will give individuals an opportunity to experience mock investigations, special operation group practices, firearm use and safety, general use of force, and much more! The Academy runs a single night a week from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for a total of 8 classes plus a graduation ceremony night and will be located initially at the Grand Forks Police Department (122 South 5th Street).  If interested, read and fill out the attached form by August 31st 2019!  We hope to see you there!"
