Lt. Derik Zimmel, of the Grand Forks Police Department, says the department has released the name of the female who was found unresponsive at a north Grand Forks residence on Wednesday. According to a news release, 61-year old Maggie Berlin was found unresponsive in an above-ground pool at a single-family residence. Life saving measures were attempted on scene, and Berlin was transported to Altru Hospital for further life saving measures, but did not survive. The investigation into the incident remains ongoing, according to Zimmel. Altru Ambulance and Grand Forks Fire Department assisted Grand Forks Police on scene.
