The North Dakota Department of Transportation has reopened the Fargo drivers license location at 503 38th Street South in Fargo. According to the DOT, the Fargo location was closed yesterday due to an unexpected plumbing maintenance issue. Regular office hours of the Fargo office are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 4:45 p.m.
