Police in the Fargo-Moorhead metro are en route to a driver reportedly driving on the sidewalk while attempting to escape from authorities.
Valley News Live reports that scanner traffic indicated speeds near 50 miles per hour. Police allegedly pulled the driver over in the parking lot of Hobby Lobby, near 13th Avenue and 45th Street in Fargo.
