A motorcyclist that fled officers in Cass, Traill, Grand Forks and Walsh Counties over the weekend now faces charges in the incident. This incident began on July 22, at approximately 12:30 AM in Fargo ND.
Andrew Schroedermeier (21) initially fled from an NDHP trooper in Fargo for a speeding violation, 85 MPH in a 55 MPH zone on I29 in Fargo. He was apprehended near Drayton an hour later, after his motorcycle ran out of gas.
According to court records, Schroedermeier faces two Class C felonies as a result—one for aggravated reckless driving, and the other for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
A bond hearing is scheduled for this morning in District Court in Grafton.
Schroedermeier is still in custody at the Walsh County Jail in Grafton.
