The 37-year-old West Fargo woman, facing multiple sex-related crime charges, appeared in Cass County District Court Tuesday morning in Fargo.
Shannon Moser appeared this morning for arraignment in the case against her. She has retained Scott Brand as her lawyer, according to court records.
Moser’s bail has been set at $30,000. A judge has also ordered that Moser not have contact with the male juvenile victims, along with no social media use.
Moser will appear next in court on August 23 for a preliminary hearing.
