Multiple media outlets are reporting one person has been confirmed dead in an apartment fire on 12thAvenue North this morning.
The call came in at around 9:30 this morning to 417 12th Avenue North. The fire was contained to the third floor.
Officials searched the building and found the lone fatality. It’s unknown at this time how many people are displaced because of the fire, but the Salvation Army and the American Red Cross have been called in to assist.
