The City of West Fargo has announced that Main Avenue East, westbound, will undergo a lane closure next week. The lane closure will take place on Monday and Tuesday, August 5 and 6.
According to the City, Main Avenue East's westbound traffic will be reduced to one lane, from 45th Street North to east of 17th Street East. While the traffic is reduced, the sidewalks will also be closed. The City says access to businesses are open during the lane reduction.
The closure will allow for installation of utilities in the area.
Motorists are advised to plan for delays and congestion during morning and evening commutes, and to adjust travel plans accordingly.
