FARGO, N.D. – After voters overwhelmingly approved extending the City of Fargo’s infrastructure sales tax, the Fargo City Commission will take official action tonight on the extension.
The existing tax will be extended through December 31, 2048.
At tonight’s meeting, Commissioners will be asked to move forward an ordinance to amend the Home Rule Charter and place the ordinance on the next City Commission meeting’s agenda, where the extension will then become official.
