HORACE, N.D. (Valley News Live) – The Cass County Electric Cooperative confirmed a citywide outage in Horace which affected nearly 2,000 customers.
According to the outage map on their website, there were 1,728 confirmed outages in the area. Power was restored a little after 2:30 P.M.
As of Monday afternoon, there’s no word on the possible cause of the outage.
