BISMARCK, N.D. – A Fargo attorney is the newest member of North Dakota’s Ethics Commission.

The Commission announced the appointment of Lisa Edison-Smith on Wednesday. She was appointed Tuesday to fill an unexpired term held by Commissioner Ron Goodman, who announced his intent to retire last month.
