FARGO, N.D. – Fargo Cass Public Health will be searching for a new Health Officer.
Dr. Jessie Lindemann, who has served in that role since January 2025, has announced she will not be seeking reapplication to the position with the department.
“Dr. Lindemann came on as our Health Officer in kind of a tenuous time,” Fargo Cass Public Health Director Jenn Faul said at Friday’s Board of Health meeting. “She has been a great asset to public health.”
Faul said Lindemann will continue with the department on a month-to-month basis.
“I have enjoyed working with everybody,” Lindemannn said. “I really appreciate the opportunity.”
She said she’ll return to working at her clinic in north Fargo.
