(Bismarck, ND) -- A bill that would shield audit cases referred for investigation is moving forward. The House overwhelmingly passed the bill yesterday. The vote came despite an eleven-to-two do-not-pass recommendation by the House Judiciary Committee. The bill now heads to the Senate.
