(Fargo, ND) -- A man is in custody after a standoff with Fargo Police. Authorities say 29-year-old Joshua Hoelanderson encountered police in the 13-hundred-block of Page and acted aggressively toward officers before driving away to the 27-hundred-block of Villa Drive. Hoelanderson barricaded the windows of his vehicle for around four hours before he was arrested without incident. He faces charges of terrorizing, fleeing in a motorized vehicle, refusal to halt, and preventing arrest.
