(Moorhead, MN) -- Gunfire rings out at one Moorhead apartment building just across from MSU. This happened last night off 18th Street South right across the MSU Tennis Courts, but the building itself was not on school property. Police arrived and found one man and a gun thought to have been used. Authorities say the shooting was not a random act, and those involved knew each other. No one was hurt. 24-year-old Dexter Lee Fox was arrested in the case.
