(Fargo, ND) -- More than 400 customers were without power in Fargo this morning, as Xcel energy says an outage hit an area near the intersection of I-29 and 94 near the Prariewood Golf Course overnight. The utility says this went down just before 2:30 this morning, and at it's peak, roughly 17-hundred customers were in the dark. Xcel says all power will be restored by 9:30am
